Foundation Menschen für Menschen Switzerland
Karlheinz Böhm's Ethiopia Aid was founded in 1989 by today's honorary president Rolf Knie together with Karlheinz Böhm. The foundation's headquarters are in Zurich. The projects in Ethiopia are planned, implemented and controlled by the country representative and the project coordinator on site in close cooperation with the office in Zurich.
The Foundation Menschen für Menschen Switzerland has had the ZEWO seal of quality continuously since 1999, which guarantees the conscientious handling of donations. As a non-profit organization, the foundation is exempt from all taxes, especially inheritance tax.
